- The Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (NSW), for the sections the briefs cite
How often
Alerts are checked against the exhibition record at send time. The standing pages of this site are reviewed monthly, and immediately when a cited reform is amended.
What "[verified YYYY-MM-DD]" means
A tag of [verified 2026-10-04] means the cited primary source was opened on that date and the section was confirmed to say what the guide says it says. It does not promise the source has not changed since: the date tells you how fresh the confirmation is.
